The Skimp Quoting process:
- You tell us the product details. To request a Skimp quote the product must be more than $300 (RRP) and you need to know the brand and model number of the product you want to buy. If you’re not sure what you want, do some online research with our friends at Comparison.com.au. Remember it’s free to get a Skimp quote and when submitting your quote request please be ready to purchase the product in the next week.
- Retailers submit a quote for their best price. Skimp contacts retailers on your behalf to find their best price for your product. We’ll get back to you via email within 24 hours (or slightly longer on the weekends) with the best price.
- You confirm your order. To go ahead with your purchase just confirm your order online and tell us your address. A $10 Skimp fee applies when you order.
- Retailer contacts you directly – Once we receive your Skimp order request we pass your details onto the retailer who won your business. They will contact you (usually by phone) within 24 hours to organise payment and delivery/pick-up. You buy directly from the retailer.
